The financing represents an extension of Numan (搜索)'s Series B round, comprising a $30 million equity investment led by Big Pi Ventures (搜索) through its new Growth Fund strategy, alongside participation from Endeavor Catalyst (搜索) and existing investors White Star Capital (搜索) and Novator Partners (搜索). The round also includes $27 million in growth capital from HSBC Innovation Banking (搜索) UK.
Strong Financial Performance Drives Expansion
The funding comes after what Numan (搜索) describes as a landmark year, with revenue more than doubling year-on-year to $90 million by the end of 2024. Building on profitability first achieved 18 months ago, the company continues to scale rapidly and projects 150% growth in 2025.
