Clinical Development Timeline
Umoja expects to advance UB-VV500 into a Phase 1 clinical trial by the end of 2026. The company also plans to report initial clinical data disclosures across its other clinical programs at major medical meetings in the second half of 2026.
The development of UB-VV500 builds upon the company's VivoVec™ in vivo platform, which is currently being tested in three ongoing Phase 1 programs: UB-VV111 for CD19 (搜索) targeting and UB-VV400/UB-VV410 for CD22 (搜索) targeting.
