When XPro™ was administered thirty minutes post-injury, it inhibited solTNF (搜索)/TNFR1 activity and prevented elevations in TNFR1, BACE1, Aβ42, and caspase-3 levels.
Immunofluorescence analysis revealed that XPro™ treatment reduced intracellular neuronal amyloid accumulation in the hippocampus and improved neurological outcomes in treated animals.
