The approval enables surgeons across China to access high-quality optical and digital visualization for both anterior and posterior segment procedures.

ARTEVO 750: Enhanced Optical Performance
The ZEISS ARTEVO 750 represents a breakthrough in ZEISS's ophthalmic surgical microscope family, making its Chinese debut at the 2025 China International Import Expo (CIIE). The system combines advanced technology with established optical expertise, enabling surgeons to fine-tune their surgical views across routine and complex procedures.
The microscope supports multiple surgical applications including cataract and vitreoretinal surgery, corneal transplantation, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). Key features include enhanced resolution, elevated depth of field, intelligent RGB illumination, and intraoperative OCT capabilities, supporting seamless end-to-end workflow integration.

ARTEVO 850: Digital Visualization Innovation
The ZEISS ARTEVO 850 is a 3D-enabled digital microscope designed for multiple ophthalmology specialties, setting new standards in digital visualization. The system combines proven digital microscope benefits with customizable 3D digital visualization, functional integration, and comprehensive medical ecosystem integration.
The Digital Color Assistant (DCA) enhances colors in surgical images to accentuate anatomical details, while the Smart Depth of Field (DoF) function optimizes depth of field by up to 60% compared to the ZEISS ARTEVO 800. A redesigned user interface for ZEISS CALLISTO eye centralizes all controls onto a single intuitive touchscreen.
Digital integration capabilities allow seamless data transfer, with reference image matching directly on the 3D screen and markerless toric IOL implantation under full surgeon control.
