DiagnosTear Partners with AlyaTec for Clinical Validation of Revolutionary Red Eye Diagnostic Test

- DiagnosTear Technologies has initiated a clinical collaboration with AlyaTec to advance the analytical validation of TeaRx™ Red Eye, the first rapid multi-biomarker diagnostic test designed to differentiate between three major red eye conditions at the point of care. - The study will enroll 30 documented allergy patients and examine tear IgE levels before and after controlled ocular allergy provocation to validate the diagnostic test's accuracy for allergic conjunctivitis detection. - TeaRx™ Red Eye addresses a significant unmet medical need, as these three conditions drive hundreds of millions of clinic visits annually yet misdiagnosis remains widespread due to the absence of fast, accurate testing methods. - Successful validation will support DiagnosTear's FDA submission pathway and advance the company toward global commercialization of what could become one of the most clinically impactful innovations in ophthalmic diagnostics.
