AriBio and Fujirebio Complete Major Biomarker Sample Collection for Alzheimer's Research in Phase 3 POLARIS-AD Trial

- AriBio and Fujirebio Diagnostics have completed a significant biomarker sample collection from over 1,150 participants in the Phase 3 POLARIS-AD trial for early Alzheimer's disease. - The collection includes matched plasma and cerebrospinal fluid samples at baseline and after 52 weeks of treatment, creating one of the world's largest biobanks for this patient population. - The samples will support Fujirebio's development of blood-based biomarkers for amyloid pathology assessment, building on their pioneering work as the first company to receive FDA authorization for an Alzheimer's diagnostic test in 2022.
