The Company holds the exclusive option to acquire a 100% interest in the Keefers-Hannah Gold Property, which is subject to a 2% net smelter returns royalty. The Property is located near Keefers, British Columbia in the New Westminster Mining Division, British Columbia. The Property is the sole material mineral exploration property asset of the Company.
