<p><strong>INDICATIONS</strong></p> <p>Fulvestrant is indicated for the treatment of estrogen receptor positive, locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women not previously treated with endocrine therapy, or with disease relapse on or after adjuvant antiestrogen therapy, or disease progression on antiestrogen therapy.</p> <p><em><strong>Combination therapy with palbociclib</strong></em></p> <p>Fulvestrant is indicated in combination with palbociclib for the treatment of hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in women with disease progression following endocrine therapy.</p> <p><em><strong>Combination therapy with abemaciclib</strong></em></p> <p>Fulvestrant is indicated in combination with abemaciclib for the treatment of hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in women with disease progression after endocrine therapy.</p> <p><em><strong>Combination therapy with ribociclib</strong></em></p> <p>Fulvestrant is indicated in combination with ribociclib for the treatment of hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women as initial endocrine based therapy or following disease progression on endocrine therapy.</p>

<p><strong>4.1. Therapeutic indications:</strong><br> Hypercholesterolaemia and hypertriglyceridaemia alone or combined (type IIa, IIb, III, IV and V dyslipidaemias) in patients unresponsive to dietary and other non-drug therapeutic measures (e.g. weight reduction or increased physical activity), particularly when there is evidence of associated risk factors such as hypertension and smoking.</p> <p>The treatment of secondary hyperlipoproteinaemia is indicated if the hyperlipoproteinaemia persists despite effective treatment of the underlying disease (e.g. dyslipidaemia in diabetes mellitus).</p> <p>Dietary measures initiated before therapy should be continued.</p> <p>EP Feno 145 mg Tablet is indicated for the reduction in the progression of diabetic retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes and existing diabetic retinopathy. EP Feno does not replace the appropriate control of blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids in reducing the progression of diabetic retinopathy.</p>

**1\. WHAT PHOSPHO-SODA IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR** Phospho-Soda is a laxative. It is used in cases of severe constipation. You must also adapt your life style and your eating habits if you suffer from constipation. Phospho-Soda is used to prepare the bowel for a surgical procedure or a bowel examination. Phospho-Soda contains 10.8 g of Disodium phosphate dodecahydrate and 24.4 g of Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate per 45 mL bottle. You must talk to a doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse.

**4.1 Therapeutic indications** Restoration and maintenance of circulating blood volume where volume deficiency has been demonstrated and use of a colloid is appropriate. The choice of albumin rather than artificial colloid will depend on the clinical situation of the patient, based on official recommendations.
