Ever Supreme's Allogeneic CAR-T CAR001 Clears Phase I Safety Review, Advances to Phase IIa in Solid Tumors

- Ever Supreme's allogeneic "off-the-shelf" CAR-T therapy CAR001 has received Safety Monitoring Committee clearance to advance into Phase IIa clinical trials following a successful Phase I dose-escalation study. - Phase I data demonstrated an excellent safety profile and preliminary efficacy signals in solid tumors, including a Complete Response in a glioblastoma patient and tumor reduction in colorectal cancer. - CAR001 eliminates the need for lymphodepletion chemotherapy, preserving the patient's immune environment and enabling a synergistic anti-tumor effect via its BiTE mechanism. - The therapy uses healthy donor-derived gamma-delta T cells, reducing GvHD risk and enabling commercial mass production with immediate "off-the-shelf" availability.
