**Indications** **Severe Eosinophilic Asthma** _NUCALA_ is indicated as add-on maintenance treatment of severe eosinophilic asthma in patients 6 to 11 years old (see _Clinical Studies_ – _please refer to the Product Insert/Patient Information Leaflet published on HSA for the full drug information_).

**Indications** _BLENREP_ is indicated as monotherapy for the treatment of multiple myeloma in adult patients, who have received at least 4 prior therapies and whose disease is refractory to at least one proteasome inhibitor, one immunomodulatory agent and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, and who have demonstrated disease progression on the last therapy.

<p><strong>Indications</strong></p> <p><strong>Film-coated Tablets:</strong></p> <p><em>VOCABRIA</em> tablets are indicated in combination with rilpivirine tablets for short term (<em>see Dosage and Administration</em>) treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-1 infection in adults and adolescents at least 12 years of age and weighing at least 35 kg, who are virologically suppressed (HIV-1 RNA &lt;50 copies/mL) on a stable antiretroviral regimen without present or past evidence of viral resistance to, and no prior virological failure with agents of the NNRTI and INI class:</p> <ul> <li><p>oral lead-in to assess tolerability of cabotegravir prior to administration of long acting (LA) <em>VOCABRIA</em> injection.</p></li> <li><p>oral therapy for adults and adolescents who will miss planned dosing with <em>VOCABRIA</em> injection.</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>Suspension for Injection:</strong></p> <p><em>VOCABRIA</em> injection is indicated in combination with rilpivirine injection for treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and adolescents at least 12 years of age and weighing at least 35 kg, who are virologically suppressed (HIV-1 RNA &lt;50 copies/mL) on a stable antiretroviral regimen without present or past evidence of viral resistance to, and no prior virological failure with agents of the NNRTI and INI class (<em>see Clinical studies</em> &ndash; <em>please refer to the Product Insert/Patient Information Leaflet published on HSA for the full drug information</em>).</p>

<p><strong>Indications</strong></p> <p>Treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection in combination with other antiretroviral agents in adults and children aged at least 4 weeks of age or older and weighing at least 3 kg.</p>

**Indications** _ZEJULA_ is indicated: - as monotherapy for the maintenance treatment of adult patients with advanced epithelial (FIGO stages III and IV) high-grade ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer who are in response (complete or partial) following completion of first-line platinum-based chemotherapy. - as monotherapy for the maintenance treatment of adult patients with platinum-sensitive relapsed high grade serous epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who are in response (complete or partial) to platinum-based chemotherapy. The overall survival benefit in patients without germline BRCA mutation ovarian cancer has not been demonstrated (see _Clinical Studies_ section – _please refer to the Product Insert/Patient Information Leaflet published on HSA for the full drug information_).

**Indications** **Severe Eosinophilic Asthma** _NUCALA_ is indicated as add-on maintenance treatment of severe eosinophilic asthma in patients 12 years and older. **Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP)** _NUCALA_ is indicated as add-on maintenance treatment of severe chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) in adult patients 18 years of age and older with inadequate response to nasal corticosteroids. **Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (EGPA)** _NUCALA_ is indicated as add-on treatment of Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (EGPA) in adult patients. **Hypereosinophilic Syndrome (HES)** _NUCALA_ is indicated as an add-on treatment for adult patients with inadequately controlled hypereosinophilic syndrome without an identifiable non-haematologic secondary cause.

<p><u>THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS</u><br> Levocetirizine is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinitis (including persistent allergic rhinitis) and chronic idiopathic urticaria.</p>

**Indications** Boostrix Polio is indicated for booster vaccination against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis and poliomyelitis of individuals from the age of three years onwards (see _Posology_). The use of Boostrix Polio should be in accordance with official recommendations.
