CAPTOR-BC: COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS OF SPATIAL, TEMPORAL AND MOLECULAR PATTERNS OF RIBOCICLIB EFFICACY AND RESISTANCE IN ADVANCED BREAST CANCER PATIENTS

This is a trial for female patients diagnosed with early breast cancer who are planned to receive chemotherapy in combination with an anti-HER2 antibody before breast surgery. During this study all patients will receive a standard chemotherapy according to local in-house standard. Additionally all patients will receive the antibody Ontruzant®, a trastuzumab biosimilar. Only women with HER2 positive breast cancer will be allowed to participate in this study.

This is a trial for female patients with diagnosed early breast cancer, who are planed to receive chemotherapy before breast surgery. The study consist of standard of care chemotherapy (Epirubicin/Cyclophosphamid) with addition of pembrolizumab and replacement of Paclitaxel with nab-Paclitaxel. Only women with hormone receptor negative and HER2-negative breast tumors are allowed to participate.
