Altria Partners with KT&G to Expand Global Nicotine Pouch and Wellness Product Portfolio

- Altria Group and South Korean tobacco company KT&G Corporation have entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding to collaborate on modern oral nicotine products, non-nicotine wellness products, and operational efficiency improvements. - The partnership includes plans to expand Altria's on! and on! PLUS nicotine pouch brands internationally and explore opportunities in the U.S. energy and wellness segment through KT&G's Korea Ginseng Corporation subsidiary. - As an initial step, an Altria subsidiary will acquire an ownership interest in Another Snus Factory Stockholm AB, which owns the LOOP brand internationally, concurrent with KT&G's acquisition of the Nordic-based nicotine pouch company.
