Kalaris Therapeutics to Present First-in-Human Data for Novel Dual-Targeting AMD Therapy TH103

- Kalaris Therapeutics will present Phase 1 clinical data for TH103, a novel dual-targeting VEGF and HSPG inhibitor, at the 49th Annual Meeting of the Macula Society in February 2026. - TH103 was engineered by VEGF pioneer Dr. Napoleone Ferrara to achieve enhanced VEGF inhibition and increased intraocular retention for treating neovascular age-related macular degeneration. - The presentation will include safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and early efficacy outcomes from a single ascending dose study in treatment-naive neovascular AMD patients. - The data will be presented by Dr. Dean Eliott from Harvard Medical School at the highly selective, invitation-only forum attended by leading retinal specialists.
