Oncoinvent Launches NOK 130 Million Rights Issue to Advance Radspherin Radiopharmaceutical Therapy

- Oncoinvent ASA has commenced a fully underwritten rights issue raising NOK 130 million to advance its lead radiopharmaceutical therapy Radspherin for cancer treatment. - Radspherin uses radium-224 alpha-emitting radionuclide to directly target micro-metastases in the peritoneum following surgery, offering a unique therapeutic approach. - The company has completed two Phase 1 trials with encouraging efficacy data and no serious safety concerns, with a randomized Phase 2 trial in ovarian cancer currently ongoing. - The subscription period runs from November 17 to December 1, 2025, with shares priced at NOK 0.50 each and full underwriting commitment secured.
