**\[INDICATIONS\]** Reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It may also be used for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure as an adjunct medical therapy in patients with primary chronic angle closure glaucoma. Reduction of elevated intraocular pressure in paediatric patients with elevated intraocular pressure and paediatric glaucoma.
**1\. INDICATIONS AND USAGE** ROCKLATAN (netarsudil and latanoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.02%/0.005% is a fixed dose combination of a Rho kinase inhibitor and a prostaglandin F2α analogue indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension for whom monotherapy with a prostaglandin F2α analogue or Rho kinase inhibitor provides insufficient IOP reduction.
**4.1 Therapeutic indications** Ducressa eye drops solution is indicated for prevention and treatment of inflammation, and prevention of infection associated with cataract surgery in adults. Consideration should be given to official guidance on the appropriate use of antibacterial agents.

<p><strong>INDICATIONS</strong><br> <Indicated bacteria><br> Susceptible strains of <em>Staphylococcus</em> sp., <em>Streptococcus</em> sp., <em>Streptococcus pneumoniae</em>, <em>Enterococcus</em> sp., <em>Micrococcus</em> sp., <em>Moraxella</em> sp., <em>Corynebacterium</em> sp., <em>Klebsiella</em> sp., <em>Enterobacter</em> sp., <em>Serratia</em> sp., <em>Proteus</em> sp., <em>Haemophilus influenzae</em>, <em>Haemophilus aegyptius</em> [Koch-Weeks bacillus], <em>Pseudomonas</em> sp., <em>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</em>, <em>Acinetobacter</em> sp., and <em>Propionibacterium acnes</em>.</p> <p><Indications><br> Blepharitis, dacryocystitis, hordeolum, conjunctivitis, tarsadenitis, keratitis (including corneal ulcer), and postoperative infections.</p> <p><strong><Precautions related to Indications></strong></p> <ol class="decimalparen"> <li>In order to avoid the emergence of resistant bacteria, bacterial susceptibility should be confirmed and treatment with this drug should be limited to the minimum period required for the eradication of the infection.</li> <li>The efficacy of this product to methicillin-resistant <em>Staphylococcus aureus</em> (MRSA) has not been proven. Therefore, other drug having a potent anti-MRSA activity should be administered immediately to patients positively infected with MRSA and not showing any improvement of symptoms with this product.</li> </ol>

( _H. influenzae, H. aegyptius_ \[ _Koch-Weeks bacillus_\]), _Moraxella_ ( _Branhamella_) _catarrhalis_, _Moraxella_ sp. ( _Morax-Axenfeld bacillus_), _Serratia_ sp., _Klebsiella_ sp., _Proteus_ sp., _Acinetobacter_ sp., _Enterobacter_ sp,. _Propionibacterium acnes_ : Blepharitis, hordeolum, dacryocystitis, conjunctivitis, tarsadenitis, keratitis, corneal ulcer, and postoperative infections.
**III. INDICATIONS** COSOPT is indicated in the treatment of elevated IOP in patients with ocular hypertension, open-angle glaucoma, pseudoexfoliative glaucoma or other secondary open-angle glaucomas when concomitant therapy is appropriate.
