<p><strong>Indications</strong><br> Sodium Iodide (¹³¹I) Therapy Capsules are indicated in the treatment of hyperthyroidism, and the detection and ablation of residual functioning thyroid tissue in differentiated thyroid carcinoma.</p>

<p><strong>4.1 THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS</strong></p> <p>This product is for diagnostic use only.<br> The eluate from the radionuclide generator (sodium pertechnetate [^99mTc] solution for I.V. injection) is indicated for:</p> <ul class="dash"> <li><strong>labelling</strong> of various kits for radiopharmaceutical preparation developed and approved for radiolabelling with such solution</li> <li><strong>Thyroid scintigraphy:</strong> direct imaging and measurement of thyroid uptake to give information on the size, position, nodularity and function of the gland in case of thyroid disease.</li> </ul>

**INDICATIONS AND USAGE** Infasurf is indicated for the prevention of Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS) in premature infants at high risk for RDS and for the treatment (“rescue”) of premature infants who develop RDS. Infasurf decreases the incidence of RDS, mortality due to RDS, and air leaks associated with RDS. **Prophylaxis** Prophylaxis therapy at birth with Infasurf is indicated for premature infants <29 weeks of gestational age at significant risk for RDS. Infasurf prophylaxis should be administered as soon as possible, preferably within 30 minutes after birth. **Treatment** Infasurf therapy is indicated for infants ≤72 hours of age with RDS (confirmed by clinical and radiologic findings) and requiring endotracheal intubation.

<p><strong>INDICATIONS AND CLINICAL USES</strong></p> <p><strong>A. <em>INTRAVASCULAR</em></strong></p> <p><strong><em>Adults</em></strong></p> <p>Optiray 350 (ioversol 350 mgI/mL) is recommended in adults for coronary arteriography and ventriculography, peripheral and visceral arteriography, intravenous contrast enhancement in computed tomography of the head and body, excretory urography, intravenous digital subtraction angiography and venography.</p> <p><strong><em>Pediatric</em></strong></p> <p>Optiray 350 is indicated in children for angiocardiography.</p>
