Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Evaluation of a modified mitochondrial translation of the DNMT1 before LPS stimulation and after LPS stimulation during the time course (after ½, 2/4/8/24/48 hours) by Wester blot and immunofluorescence staining.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Evaluation of a modified methylation pattern on the cytosine of the mitochondrial DNA before LPS stimulation and after LPS stimulation during the time course (after ½, 2/4/8/24/48 hours) by immunofluorescence staining and genetic methylation analysis. In addition, a possible association between inflammation and anti-inflammation and epigenetic changes in the mtDNA is to be investigated.
