Inclusion Criteria
1.Participants diagnosed with cancer undergoing cycles of chemotherapy and radiation therapy having mild/moderate/severe anxiety according to HAM-A. (7)
2.Patients who are under palliative care.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Participants who are uncooperative.
2.Participants who are prescribed with anti-anxiety medication.
3.Participants undergoing Physiotherapy for fatigue management.
