1. Clusters of military quarters situated in Kuala Lumpur,2. Military personnel living in the selected military quarters,3. Civilian members working with the MAF staying in the selected military quarters,4. The head of household or the wife, 5. owned a smartphone with installed WhatsApp and Zoom application
1. cluster from military quarters under the management of Malaysian Royal Navy or the Malaysian Royal Airforce, 2. Area that is currently involved with other intervention for dengue,3. temporary stay in the camp less than 6 months, 4. will be posted to another area within a year, 5. Area of working is different from the area of staying, 6. Other members visiting the quarters
