The criteria of inclusion in this study is active duty military personnel under the command of the Malaysian Army Headquarters whom:
1.PULHEEMS assessment has expired (nonadherent to PULHEEMS assessment)
2.Owns a smartphone
The exclusion criteria in this study are:
1.The military personnel with less than 3 years of service left. During the last 3 years of service in the Malaysian Armed Forces, the military personnel will be in the Military Retirement Transition Training program in order to prepare them to become civilian back.
2.The military personnel who are attending course or at mission area
3.The military personnel who have UNFIT medical status
4.The military personnel who are admitted in the hospital
5.The military personnel who are on prolonged leave (such as post motor-vehicle accident or post-surgery)
