Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing surgeries which require nasotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having fracture of Cribriform bone
Patients having CSF rhinorrhea
Patients having a bleeding disorder
History of nasal trauma with active / acute bleeding
ENT pathology like polyp, adenoid
