- •1.Healthy females with a term,uncomplicated,singleton pregnancy undergoing elective cesarean section section under spinal anaesthesia
- •2.ASA physical status l ans ll
- •3. Patients weighing between 40-100 kg
- •4. Patients height between 140-180 cm
排除标准
- •1.Hypertension,cardiovascular diseases,renal diseases,diabetes
- •2.Absolute or relative contraindications for spinal anaesthesia
- •3.Patients on mono amine oxidase inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants
- •4.Allergy or Hypersensitivity to study drugs
- •5.History suggestive of mesentric or peripheral vascular thrombosis
- •6. Patients with known fetal abnormalities
