入选标准
- •1. Millerâ??s wide class I & II recession defects ranging between 3-6 mm .103
- •2. Patientâ??s with Bilateral canine recession defects without interdental bone loss.
- •3. Teeth with normal alignment in the arch
- •4. Teeth which have not received any periodontal treatment in last 6 months.
- •5. Patient with acceptable oral hygiene.
排除标准
- •ï??Any systemic diseases where periodontal surgery is contraindicated.
- •ï??History of drug allergy.
- •ï??Pregnant patients.
- •ï??Smoking or tobacco chewing.
- •ï??Root surface restorations.
- •ï??Root caries that would require restorations.
- •ï??Trauma from occlusion.
- •ï??Tooth mobility.
- •ï??Cervical abrasion.
- •ï??Non-vital tooth.
- •ï??History of a previous root coverage procedure, and
- •ï??Failure to complete the informed consent.
