Inclusion Criteria

1. Millerâ??s wide class I & II recession defects ranging between 3-6 mm .103

2. Patientâ??s with Bilateral canine recession defects without interdental bone loss.

3. Teeth with normal alignment in the arch

4. Teeth which have not received any periodontal treatment in last 6 months.

5. Patient with acceptable oral hygiene.

Exclusion Criteria

ï??Any systemic diseases where periodontal surgery is contraindicated.

ï??History of drug allergy.

ï??Pregnant patients.

ï??Smoking or tobacco chewing.

ï??Root surface restorations.

ï??Root caries that would require restorations.

ï??Trauma from occlusion.

ï??Tooth mobility.

ï??Cervical abrasion.

ï??Non-vital tooth.

ï??History of a previous root coverage procedure, and

ï??Failure to complete the informed consent.
