Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Chronic generalized periodontitis patients of age group between 18 to 55 years, presenting with horizontal or vertical bone loss and
- •probing pocket depth greater than or equal to 5 mm either in maxillary or mandibular arch involving anterior or posterior
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with any
- •1\. Uncontrolled systemic diseases.
- •2\. Previous history of flap surgery
- •3\. Under antibiotics in the past 6 months
- •4\. Smokers
- •5\. Pregnant and lactating mothers
