Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients with 30 years to 55 years of male and female gender.

2.Patients with systolic BP between 130mmHg to 139mmHg and diastolic BP between 80mmHg to 89mmHg.

3.Patients who have signed the Informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients with known neurological and musculoskeletal diseases/disorders etc.

2.Patients with any musculoskeletal or neurological deformities.

3.Patients who had developed hemodynamic difficulties (e.g., preoperative myocardial infarction, lung congestion, post-operative renal failure, patients on intra-aortic balloon pump, or arrhythmia requiring a pacemaker).)

4.Patient with no previous history of heart failure and ejection fraction less than 20%
