Knee osteoarthritis diagnosed on the basis of American College of Rheumatology criteria with pain duration of at least 3 months duration
1. Known case of cervical or lumbar radiculopathy, systemic inflammatory conditions (like Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis), diabetes mellitus with neuropathy or peripheral vascular disease
2. Previous surgery or disease of peripheral or central nervous system, sensory loss due to chemotherapy or radiotherapy
3. Any intervention on knee like injection or total knee replacement
4. Associated hip osteoarthritis
5. History of taking antidepressant or anticonvulsant or strong opioids
6. Secondary osteoarthritis in knee
