Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Knee osteoarthritis diagnosed on the basis of American College of Rheumatology criteria with pain duration of at least 3 months duration
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Known case of cervical or lumbar radiculopathy, systemic inflammatory conditions (like Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis), diabetes mellitus with neuropathy or peripheral vascular disease
- •2\. Previous surgery or disease of peripheral or central nervous system, sensory loss due to chemotherapy or radiotherapy
- •3\. Any intervention on knee like injection or total knee replacement
- •4\. Associated hip osteoarthritis
- •5\. History of taking antidepressant or anticonvulsant or strong opioids
- •6\. Secondary osteoarthritis in knee
