Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with low back pain seeking care in health services in Belo Horizonte Minas Gerais; Pain or discomfort located between the last rib and above the lower gluteal fold with or without pain in lower limbs; Pain or discomfort for at least three months; Patients with common imaging findings, such as osteoarthritis, grade I spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis or protrusion / hernia / prolapse disc, but with clinical symptoms that meet the inclusion
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who have had recent spine surgery or knowledge or suspicion of severe spinal pathology, such as fracture, metastasis, inflammatory or infectious diseases of the spine, cauda equina syndrome, radiculopathy (at least two of the following signs: weakness, reflex change or loss of sensation associated with the same spinal nerve); Patients with any contraindications to exercise in accordance with American College of Sports Medicine guidelines
