- •1\.Coronary angiography demonstrated multivessel coronary artery disease
- •2\.Impaired LV function EF\<\=35% as documented by Equilibrium Radionuclide Angiography being evaluated for surgery
- •3\.Informed consent
- •4\.Age \>18 years
排除标准
- •1\.Acute coronary syndrome \<3 months
- •2\.NYHA Class III/IV angina
- •3\.Left main coronary artery disease
- •4\.Contraindications to CMR
- •5\.Contraindications to Gadolinium contrast
- •6\.Comorbidities that would likely affect survival over the study duration.
- •7\.Non\-cardiac illness imposing substantial operative mortality
- •8\.Already identified to be unsuitable for revascularization
- •9\.Requiring emergency revascularization
- •10\.With severe valvular disease that required surgery.
