Inclusion Criteria
All patients more
than 18 years of age who have
undergone elective laparoscopic or
open interval appendectomy,
inguinal hernioplasty, and
cholecystectomy
Exclusion Criteria
All patients with
(1) Complicated surgical procedures
(2) Inability to complete virtual visit (lack of access
to a device or internet);
(3) Discharge with drains;
(4) Postoperative length of stay of more than 3 days
