Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients aged 18\-85 years;
- •2\. Patients with renal biopsy consistent with IMN diagnosis;
- •3\. Serum PLA2R antibody was positive and no secondary factors were found.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with glomerular filtration rate less than 15 ml / min;
- •2\. Patients with active malignant tumor;
- •3\. Patients with severe primary diseases such as decompensated cirrhosis or hemopoietic system;
- •4\. Psychopaths.
