入选标准
- •1. Patients aged 18-85 years;
- •2. Patients with renal biopsy consistent with IMN diagnosis;
- •3. Serum PLA2R antibody was positive and no secondary factors were found.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with glomerular filtration rate less than 15 ml / min;
- •2. Patients with active malignant tumor;
- •3. Patients with severe primary diseases such as decompensated cirrhosis or hemopoietic system;
- •4. Psychopaths.
