入选标准
- •1)American society of anesthesiologists(ASA) physical status classification 1 and 2
- •2)Scheduled for elective lower abdominal and lower limb surgery under regional anesthesia
- •3)Patients with valid informed consent
排除标准
- •1)Patient refusal for reginal anesthesia
- •2)Intrinsic or idiopathic coagulopathy
- •3)Skin or soft tissue infection at proposed site of needle insertion
- •4)Preexisting neurological disease like lower extremity neuropathy
- •5)Patients with spinal deformities
- •6)Severe hypovolemia
- •7)Emergency lower limb surgeries
- •8)Patients with known allergy to study drugs
