- •grade III, IV hemorrhoids
- •non\-respondent to medical treatment
- •willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with Fissure
- •patients with Fistula
- •patients with Coagulation disorder
- •substance abuse
- •Irritable bowel disease
- •patients who had hemorrhoid surgery treatment earlier
