入选标准
- •1. Patients with rapidly developing clinical signs of focal or global disturbances lasting at least for 24hrs.
- •2. Diagnosis of cerebrovascular accidents confirmed using radio-imaging such as CT, MRI.
- •3. Patients having ECG taken within first 24 hours of onset of syndrome.
- •4. 2D echocardiogram done within 72 hours of onset of symptoms.
排除标准
- •1. ECG not available within the first 24hours of stroke.
- •2. Patients having pre-existing ischemic heart disease
- •3. Patients having past history of cerebrovascular diseases.
- •4. Patients with age less than 18 yrs and more than 70 yrs.
