Meeting the ICD 10 (revised) criteria for Mixed Anxiety Depressive Disorder
1. This study examine only on those patients who are willing to participate in the research,
those patients are included who can give written informed consent.
2. Those patients who have depressive mood, loss of interest or pleasure, significant
weight loss or gain, appetite increase or decrease, insomnia or hypersomnia nearly every
day.
3. Those patients who have feeling of worthlessness or excessive or inappropriate guilt,
diminished ability to think or concentrate, or indecisiveness nearly every day.
4. Those patients who have recurrent thoughts of death (not just fear of dying), recurrent
suicidal ideation or suicide attempt without a specific plan.
5. Those patients who have excessive anxiety and worry (apprehensive expectation),
occurring more days than not for at least 6 months.
6. Those patients who find difficulty in controlling the worry and having restlessness, being easily fatigued, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle tension, sleep disturbance (difficulty falling or staying asleep, or
restless, unsatisfying sleep)
1. The age category of male/female/transgender would below 18 and above 50.
2. Patients who have any major surgery especially heart, brain, etc.
3. Patients who have previous medical history of hormonal contraceptives.
4. Pregnant women
