Inclusion Criteria

1)Known cases of Asthma Patients either sex with or without treatment.

2)Age 18-60 years.

3)Volunter who is not regularly practicing pranayama or last 6 months.

4) Subject who are ready to abide by the study protocol.

Exclusion Criteria

1)Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

2)status Asthamaticus.

3)Known cases of Infective pulmonary pathology.

4)Any systemic disorder i.e.Known cases of renal & Cardiac disorders.

5)Known case of immuno-compromised disease and malignancy.

6)Patient having hypoxic encephalopathy.

7)Smokers

8)Pregnant women.
