Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •diabetic and hypertensive patients with sinonasal mucor mycosis posted for endoscopic sinus surgery.
- •patients who give informed written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with severe systemic illnesses such as diabetic ketoacidosis,end stage renal disease, acute coronary syndrome and heart blocks.
- •patients with bleeding diathesis.
- •patients on non invasive ventilation and mechanical ventilation
