Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • diabetic and hypertensive patients with sinonasal mucor mycosis posted for endoscopic sinus surgery.
  • patients who give informed written consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • patients with severe systemic illnesses such as diabetic ketoacidosis,end stage renal disease, acute coronary syndrome and heart blocks.
  • patients with bleeding diathesis.
  • patients on non invasive ventilation and mechanical ventilation
