入排标准
入选标准
- •1.All patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) physical status grade I & II.
- •2.Age between 18-65 years.
- •3.Those scheduled for elective laparotomy lasting < 4hrs duration
排除标准
- •Patients who refuse to give consent to participate in the study.
- •Patients aged < 18 years and > 65 years.
- •Chronic opioid users.
- •Those with pre-existing pain syndrome.
- •Those with severe cardiovascular (New York Heart Association class III or IV), pulmonary and renal disease.
- •Inability to communicate and understand numerical rating scale (NRS) and QOR-40 scale.
- •Patients with known hypersensitivity to the drugs used.
- •Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •Patients with known history of psychiatric illness and chronic drug or alcohol abuse.
