Inclusion Criteria
Patients scheduled for elective head and neck cancer surgery of age 20-70 years of both sexes
of ASA grade 1-2
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal, Respiratory insufficiency
Haemodynamic instability,Abnormal thyroid function, Renal or hepatic insufficiency, History of any chronic pain,Unstable personality and abuse liability and History of chronic opioid use
