Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients diagnosed with hematological malignancy and receiving chemotherapy during the maintenance phase
  • Functional ability as per ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) score 0 to 2

Exclusion Criteria

  • Absolute Neutrophil Count \<1000
  • Patients with respiratory distress
  • Extreme cognitive impairments
  • Major psychiatric or neurological illness
  • Any other physical condition or disability restricting the patient participation in the study
  • Patients practicing other yoga or meditations than those mentioned in the study intervention
