Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age \> 18 years
- •2\. Patients with indications for bronchoscopy in outpatient clinics
- •3\. SpO2 \>\= 95% at ambient air
- •4\. Heart rate \<\= 140/minute and blood pressure \<\= 180/90 mmHg before bronchoscopy
- •5\. Cooperative, able to communicate, able to follow commands
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Refuse to be enrolled to the study
- •2\. Patients with hearing problem and/or blindness
- •3\. Patients with chronic respiratory failure, including baseline PaCO2 \> 45 mm.Hg, long term oxygen and/or home ventilator use
- •4\. Patients with severe psychiatric disorder
- •5\. End of life care patients
