Inclusion Criteria
Patients with ECPR were collected by extracting patients with ECMO from electronic medical records between May 2017 and March 2022.
Exclusion Criteria
patients introducing ECMO outside of CPA, the time of awareness - transport to ED and transport to ED - PCPS pump on is not clearly recoded, or in-hospital cardiac arrest.

Name Time Method the interval from awareness to ED arrival, time from ED arrival to PCPS establishment, PCPS withdrawal rate, ventilator withdrawal rate, 28-day survival rate, survival discharge rate, and discharge rate with favorable neurological outcome. Neurologically-favorable survival was defined as a Cerebral Performance Category (CPC) score of 1 to 2.
