- •20-65 years of age.
- •Patients with Dummett gingival pigmentation index Score of 2 and 3.
- •Physiological diffused gingival pigmentation bilaterally in maxillary arch.
- •Presence of >= 2mm width of keratinized gingiva.
- •Thick periodontal biotype.
- •Systematically healthy patients.
排除标准
- •Patients with any uncontrolled systemic conditions.
- •Those who were on any analgesics/anti-inflammatory drugs at the time of the study.
- •Habit of smoking or chewing tobacco.
- •Pathologically pigmented lesions.
- •Acute gingival and periodontal lesions.
- •Thin periodontal biotype.
