Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers with a score on the List of Stress Symptoms of 40 to 120 points corresponding to medium and high stress; Age between 18 and 60 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers who carry out treatment with some complementary practice simultaneously to the data collection; who use controlled\-use medications, such as anxiolytics, antidepressants and herbal medicines.
