Patients undergoing general anesthesia for elective surgery
- American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) physical status classification I, II
- Age over 19 and under 70
- Body mass index (BMI) under 30 kg/m2
- If arterial cannulation is required for surgery
- History of neck surgery
- Patients with right internal jugular vein catheter
- Patients with heart failure, valvular heart disease, arrhythmia, pulmonary artery hypertention or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- Hemodynamically unstable patients
- If arterial cannulation cannot be performed at radial artery
