patients aged >= 18 years of ASA physical status 1â??2
and gestational age >= 37 weeks, who are scheduled to undergo elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
contraindication to spinal anaesthesia (coagulation disorder, allergy to local anesthetics, sepsis, increased intracranial pressure), medical conditions (pre-existing or new-onset cardiac disease, pre-eclampsia or eclampsia, neurological disorder) and fetal conditions (fetal distress, intrauterine growth restriction, severe congenital abnormalities, stillbirth and multiple pregnancies
