Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Thai Nationalily 60 years and above
  • 2\. Live in Wat Chan Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phitsanulok Province
  • 3\. Can read write listen speak and comunicate in Thai
  • 4\. Have equipment for listen to music such as smartphone, Tablet
  • 5\. Able to use social network such as Line, Facebook

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. MMSE\-Thai lower thai knowledge criteria
  • 2\. Using medicine for sleep such as Benzodiazepines, Non\-Benzodiazepine, Melatonin, and Antidepressant
  • 3\. Have regular meditation, prayer and/or listening to music before bedtime
  • 4\. Drink alcohol regularly
