Inclusion Criteria
Age 18 to 70 year
Patient with history of stricture of urethra of mild to moderate symptoms will be selected for the study
Controlled case of diabetes mellitus and hypertension
Patients are selected irrespective of caste and religion
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with malignancy & infectious disease like HIV
Age below 18 & above 70
Patients is impacted calculus in the urethra and bladder neck benign prostatic hyperplasia nephrotic syndrome and neoplasm of lower urinary tract
Patients with systemic disease like HIV HBsAg uncontrolled DM and HTN
Patients with coagulopathy like haemophilia
