1-Patient should be in 18 to 60 age group.
2-Patient who will give written consent.
3-Patients presenting with classical symptoms of Guda parikartika.
4-Patients having anal fissure with sentinel tag were also included.
5-Patients suffering from anal fissure with no other anorectal disease
1-Anal Fissure associated with Piles or Fistula in ano.
2-Patient suffering from HIV, & Hepatitis B.
3-Patients with pregnancy, prolapsed rectum, Ca rectum and systemic diseases like tuberculosis, diabetes, malignancy were not included.
4-Ayogya acc Charak-indigestion, respiratory disorder (hiccough, asthma) etc. (Ch. Si. 2/14).
