Inclusion Criteria
History of 2 or more ankle sprains
Involved in jumping sports
Ankle sprain Grade 1 & 2
Positive anterior drawer test and talar tilt test
Exclusion Criteria
Any recent Ankle sprain
Any other musculoskeletal injuries like (muscle & ligament injuries) since last 6 months.
Any recent surgery in spine and lower extremity.
